We care for patients ages 12 and up, from adolescents through adulthood and into the senior years. Dr. Miller has a special interest in integrated, whole-person primary care for adult and senior patients across decades of their lives.

03 Do you offer telehealth?

We offer limited telehealth for established patients and follow-up visits. Initial visits and physicals generally require an in-person appointment. Call (941) 488-2332 to discuss whether telehealth is appropriate for your situation.

04 What insurance do you accept?

Existing patients can typically be scheduled within a few days for routine visits and sooner for acute needs. New-patient appointments are usually available within one to two weeks. For sports physicals with a deadline, tell us when you call and we will prioritize your visit.
